Overall we had a very pleasant stay. Happily we will be back.

Breakfast was really nice but it was the same choices everyday. The Chef could have been a little bit more creative. The hotel cleaning department is very efficient and the person who cleans the room was quite thorough and left the room impeccable. Linen and towels are of very good quality.

There should have been an instruction paper on how to use the TV for international customers. Maybe to provide a small kitchenet for the mid-floors up with a Microwave and facilities to make tea and coffee, or else provide each room with a small kettle. I suggest that the payment method should be more varied and accept debit as well as credit cards. Wi Fi is disrupted all the time, not very good at all.

Very large and confortable room, good breakfast. Very close to the airport bus terminal and very central.

This hotel was very comfortable and clean. The room was well appointed and spacious. The staff was professional and pleasant. The location of the hotel is excellent, walking distance to some highlights of the city. Breakfast was excellent. Highly recommended to any travelers.

My stay was good, I hope they invest in doing some renovations.

The staff are great! They do their best to help in any circumstance, some speak English as well. The beds are very comfortable and they do have true KING sized beds. The view was great from the 19th floor, it was beautiful with city and mountain views. The view of the cathedral was amazing too! #1904 is the best! The a/c control didn't seem to work though, it just had one setting....extra cold. Better than being hot. Having the mini-mart with food/drinks and all kinds of snacks in the lobby area is awesome. It's ok if you're using dollars, pretty expensive if you're spending reais. But great in a pinch. Breakfast is pretty good, but they need to rotate more options and variety. Too much bread and cakes, I am on a very low carb diet and this made if tough. But, pretty good either way. The location is SUPERB with so many restaurants and bars within 1-2 blocks away. Don't miss Cantina do Lucas at Meletta and if you like burgers, go to Godó - Pizza e Burguer!! I am a gringo and I freaking loved their burgers! It's 1 block away. Stay here, it's a great spot.....

This hotel is showing it's age. The chairs in the rooms are completely stained and just look dirty. The a/c thermostat controls in both rooms I stayed in did not work. They just stayed on and the rooms got too cold, no way to control the temperature. That's an easy fix. They need to get better linens and ones that tuck under the mattress. The sheets just pull away when you move and you end up with the bare mattress. There were some cleaning issues, but they were uickly resolved and having white tile in the bathrooms isn't making the cleaning ladies life any easier. You see every little hair and if the floor is wet at all, you will leave black marks from the dirt on your shoe soles if you walk in a drop of water. The biggest disappointment for me was that the hotel restaurant Pleno Bistro has closed indefinitely. I don't know if you can give a hotel a 4 star rating if there is no restaurant, no room service...nada. I have stayed in this hotel for years, this was a 2 week stay this time. The restaurant was really good and the prices were reasonable. I miss the staff at Pleno, they were so great. BH Plaza really needs to get another restaurant in there, I think they will lose business without a house restaurant. It is still a great value and a very comfortable hotel.

« Hôtel confortable et pratique »

La chambre, vaste et confortable. La vue magnifique depuis le 19e étage. Le hammam. La proximité avec la navette aéroport et les points touristiques de la ville. Le petit « supermarché alimentaire ».

La piscine, petite et gelée. L’absence d’eau dans le mini bar.

« Très bien pour un court séjour ! »

Emplacement pratique, personnel accueillant. L’accès à la piscine et au sauna est un plus considérable ! La chambre était très confortable et spacieuse, la salle de bain également. Le petit déjeuner était très bon dans un espace agréable.

L’eau de la piscine était très froide, mais ça ne m’a pas empêchée de m’y baigner ! Le restaurant était fermé, le top du top aurait été un room service, mais ce n’est pas un commentaire négatif, l’établissement était super :)

Traditionell, chambres spacieuses, wifi excellent, personnel très sympa et efficace , aussi au restaurant

Hotel propre, mais la maintenance n’est pas à 100 %. Salon du petit déjeuner un peu déprimant. !!

Les rideaux dans certaines chambres méritent d'être changés ou lavés.. Des draps de lit de meilleure qualité (housse avec angles) devraient être utilisés ainsi qu'un protège matelas. Une meilleure attention aux serviettes de bains est recommandée

« Traditionnel, pratique. »

Hôtel traditionnel. Chambre excellente (upgrade) Personnel sympathique et efficace. L’emplacement idéal pour joindre l’aéroport.

Lobby très petit (4 places assises). Système pour snacks et boissons. Salon du petit déjeuner pas du tout accueillant. Petit déjeuner au dessous de Ibis.
